It’s a wonderful and strange New Year’s day-- Joe and I thousands of miles apart, with our baby at her baby house (no visits on holidays)-- physically separate but a family in spirit and love, soon to be home together. I wandered the snow filled streets and reflected on all the things to be grateful for-- namely, our dream come true of finding our baby at such a young age, healthy and beautiful, and knowing we three were meant to be together. Snovem Godem, Happy New Year!
